Tuesday mornings from 7 Feb 11.00am -12.noon. And Wednesday evenings from 8 Feb 7.00 - 8.00pm. (Come to either.).
Runs during school terms, offering morning and evening options for those who have learned how to meditate and would like to explore the world of Buddhist wisdom further. This course is designed to deepen our meditation practice, develop our loving kindness towards ourselves and others, and to cover some of the major topics of Buddhism such as karma and reincarnation. We explore how to work with illness and suffering, and how to uncover the joy and wisdom which are our deepest nature.Offered both daytime and evening. Morning option: Tuesday 11.00am - 12.00 noon from Tues 7 Feb to Tues 3 April. Evening option: Weds 8 Feb 7.00 - 8.00pm from Weds 8 Feb to Weds 4 April.
